Aspen Meadows offers private, semi-private and communal aquamation at 111 Colburn Avenue in Clarks Summit. Private means one pet in the system and optional family participation at placement; semi-private uses separate baskets and returns remains. Home and veterinary removal are offered in its Northeast Pennsylvania service area.
One thing to know: The aquamation site publishes no package prices or firm return date, so ask for an all-in quote and timing. Communal care does not return ashes; the site says those remains are incorporated into soil for local tree planting. Ask which keepsakes are included at each tier.
Questions Worth Answering Before You Call
Ask which Aspen Meadows package returns ashes. Private means your pet is alone in the vessel, semi-private uses a separate basket alongside others, and communal care does not return ashes.
Settle the handoff. Aspen Meadows serves Scranton and offers removal from homes and veterinary clinics, but it does not publish pickup charges; ask for an itemized total.
If you want to participate, ask for the private-package placement option and a return date. Its site describes a private goodbye, but no fixed aquamation turnaround.
