Contact
We read every message that comes in. Whether you have a question about a provider, a correction to suggest, or feedback on something we wrote, you can reach us at:
Real people read this inbox. You will get a real reply, usually within one to two business days.
What we are good at responding to
- 1.
Pricing updates. If a provider on our site has changed their pricing, or you spotted an old number, please tell us. We will verify and update the page.
- 2.
Provider closures. If a provider has closed or merged, that is information we want fast.
- 3.
Coverage gaps. If we are missing a provider in your city that you think we should review, send us the name and website. We will look at them in our next review cycle.
- 4.
Editorial corrections. If something we wrote is wrong, vague, or feels misleading, we want to hear it.
- 5.
General feedback. What was confusing? What was useful? What would have helped you when you were going through this?
What we cannot do from this inbox
- 1.
Book your appointment. We do not book cremation, euthanasia, or any other service on behalf of families. You will need to contact the provider directly. We have their phone numbers and websites on each city page.
- 2.
Give veterinary advice. We are not veterinarians. Quality-of-life decisions and end-of-life timing questions belong with your regular vet or a licensed hospice veterinarian.
- 3.
Provide grief counseling. We list grief resources in our Grief Support section. If you need to speak with someone trained in pet loss support, those resources are a better starting point than our inbox.
For providers and press
If you are a provider interested in being reviewed, or a journalist working on a story related to pet end-of-life, please use the same email address and write "Provider" or "Press" in the subject line.
For provider outreach, please include your business name, primary service area, published pricing, and the question "what do you do that other providers in your area do not." That last one helps us see quickly whether you are a fit for the editorial standards on our How We Choose Providers page.
